The government regulates what a woman can do with her body.
1) A woman can't sell her body for sex.
2) A woman can't take any drugs she wants.
3) A woman can't consume alcohol and be in public.
While 1.4 Million Babies are killed each year by Elective, Procured Abortion (over 40 million in the USA alone since R V W), I am guessing that less than 2 women are ever "Forced" to have a baby. It is obvious that there are restrictions on what one can legally do with ones body, but it is inhuman, and immoral to kill a Pre-Born Child in every instance. Just because a tiny baby boy or girl cannot speak or vote doesn't give us a right to kill him or her because we perceive it to be in our immediate interest. This is Self-Evident and pure common sense. Otherwise you are advocating "Might makes Right".
